For anyone interested...The immensely talented Rachel York will be in Akron, Sunday Nov. 15th, performing her cabaret show For the Love of It. There will be two shows a matinee and an evening performance with proceeds benefiting Akron Children's hospital and Beth El Congregation.

I saw her perform this concert in Boston last year as a benefit for the New Repertory Theatre. She was astounding! People are still talking about it!!!

Don't miss the chance to see her do this show. It's phenomenal. And she is incredibly gracious during the reception, too!

yes I will be seeing the show in Michigan..very excited for that as well. I have been a fan ever since I saw her in Kiss me Kate.

Just wondering how you liked Rachel's show. And have you seen Dalmatians yet?

The show was absolutely fantastic!! Rachel is such a talented performer. I loved her song selections and she sang them perfectly. The highlight of the show for me was her stories and impressions. The impressions she did of Julie Andrews and Liza Minelli were right on. All in all a fabulous show and I highly recommend seeing her perform in person.

I haven't seen 101 dalmations yet. I have tickets for Jan. I seriously cannot wait!!
