I had the opportunity to chat with Manny Tsakanika And Ross Sands, two of the performers who have been with Magic Mike Live for the entirety of its five-year run. We discussed what it has been like to see the show grow, what made them want to be a part of it, and what they hope audience members take away from their experience.

The “greatest spy movie never made” revolves around writer Ian Flemish and real-life spy, Jane Blonde. A group of villains known by EVIW is using the adventures of Flemish’s main character, spy Dick Hardwood, as inspiration for their own evil schemes, and Flemish and Blonde must stop them before they get their hands on his latest work.

Written by Mischief trio Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer and Henry Shields and directed by Adam Meggido, Peter Pan Goes Wrong brings the Cornley Polytechnic gang back to the West End, this time taking on the “traditional Christmas vignette,” definitely not a pantomime, as Director Chris Bean emphatically informs the audience.

The Vinyl Countdown has a fascinating concept - Dan Lees has picked several vinyl records from a record shop and is going to recreate them for an audience in “a riotous night of musical mayhem and clowning.” If you had not read the summary of the show beforehand, you would have spent the first several minutes wondering exactly what was going on.
